How billing and payments work
Subscriptions are managed per organization by an owner in the Dupexi web app.
Payments processed through Stripe
Stripe handles billing so you can pay with the payment methods available in your region — cards and other supported options.
Invoices & receipts
Every customer can view and download invoices in Stripe’s customer portal. A receipt is also emailed after each successful payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically
Your plan stays active on a recurring billing cycle. Stripe renews it on schedule and charges your saved payment method.
Changes and proration
Upgrading capacity or switching package shape may generate prorated charges or credits according to Stripe’s rules and your renewal date.
